The Countdown is on for the National Pie Championships

Countdown to the national pie championships. Held in Melbourne this year we will be entering 3 pies and our delicious Pastie. It will also be our first year with our wonderful apprentice Marie entering competition for the first time. It is always a tough competition with bakeries all over Australia flying interstate to compete. We are already crafting our new recipes for the competition and can not wait to tell you all the flavours in a few weeks time!
